Brief Answer:
rule out other cause also

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your problem but before reach to any conclusion, I need some more information like - your age, when is the worse time for you, if there is any morning stiffness.
there are many causes of pain in legs. MRI picture is very vague.. so no conclusion only on the base of MRI
MEAN WHILE CONTINUE SAME MEDICATION
take care...

pain is when im walking, sitting down, when i got up in the morning or late in the evening, it feels like im going paralise, seen reumathoid specialist and he said i do not have that, my next appointment is end of september with nerve specialist. i am 61 years old and still working

also it's affecting my ankles especially the right side, swelling and throbbing pain. my lover back and legs feels so much better if taped up with Keneology tape. it's been nearly one year and it was sudden and last January i was unable to walk for a month only kt tape that helped, even now its very hard for me to go upstairs and down.

Now it seems that you have irritation of nerves at L4-L5 level.
physiotherapy is the best answer along with lyrica, you can increase the dose of lyrica upto 300 mg per day and paracetamol if required.
also avoid heavy weight lifting.
