Brief Answer:
Please get Ultrasound done and see a Surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I need more details so that I am better able to help you.
How are your bowel movements?
Any constipation or diarrhea?
Any blood in stools?
Any recent weight loss or weakness?

If its a recurring problem I suggest you see your GP and get an Ultrasound done to screen your bowels, bladder and intestines. If it comes negative you might require a Colonoscopy to rule out a growth or Diverticulitis.

Without examining you and without investigations it is very difficult to say what it would be.
So please see your GP or a Surgeon who can examine you and get the investigations done. Do upload the reports so that we can advice you the best course of action.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
