Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have told you that this type of pain can be a manifestation of sciatic neuropathy as well as lumbo-sacral radiculopathy. So,I would like to suggest to undergo the following investigations in order to confirm the diagnosis-
1)Nerve conduction studies of lower limbs.
2)MRI Lumbo- sacral spine(spine disease can cause lumbosacral radiculopathy)

Meanwhile,please start the following medicines-
1)Tab.Pregabalin 75 mg once a day
2)Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg per day
3)Calcium and vitamin D supplementation
4)Physiotherapy exercises to be learnt by a physiotherapist and done on regular basis.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you want to ask further queries,I shall be glad to have you in follow up else please close the thread and write a review.
PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
