Question: WELL I HAVE PAIN IN MY LEFT SHOULDER AND LEFT ARM AND WHEN I STRETCH IT HURTS ALSO WHEN I TAKE A DEEP BREATHE IT HURTS AS WELL

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It seems to be muscular pain. It requires rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for few days. Streching and excercises are not advisable. Rest is advisable. Further investigation require x ray of left shoulder .Heart function test to rule cardiac( heart related)pain can be done. Orthopedician will be proper doctor to visit.
