Question: Dear All Doctors,

Kindly answer with valuable/genuine comments.Do not "answer with the help of subjects" which you have studied till today as i too knew it after done a R & D in you tube and many more.

Check the report that was attached which was taken a year ago. When i took this report to 10 ortho doctors from junior to XXXXXXX Two of them said that i should under gone surgery immediately.Another two was suggested to take some injection for a month.Another 6 said that they will give some pain killer/some physiotherapy ,i should have change my life style as there is no permanent relief for my problem.

@Dear all speciality doctors, kindly show me only one good way to heel my problem.I have undergone the below treatments already but none of them were effective

Ayurveda-0% no improvement.
Ortho-0% Only temporary improvement.
Homepathy-10% no improvement.i felt like a patient thro out my life,i dont like this.
Some village treatment-No improvements
Physiotheraphy-Its good.But temporary relief only.

My current problem now. I have pain in Knee(right),heel(both legs) ,neck & back(only when i lift some heavy weight).Feeling numbness in left leg.

NOTE: kindly take a ample time to answer my question. If you suggest a surgery tell me the correct surgery to give me permanent relief.I am sure there might some surgery might be recommended by everyone.

Brief Answer:
Medicines and dedicated physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing the scanned images.

I have gone through the images and they are indeed,of good quality.

Your images made it clear that you have an obvious L5-S1 disc extrusion with compression of the exiting S1 nerve root.
Now,the treatment depends on the severity of manifestations and response to medicines and physiotherapy.

Since you are physically and professional independent and the symptoms are not impairing your daily routine life, presently it's not the time to go for a surgery.

Rather, you should be on medicines and dedicated physiotherapy.Regular physiotherapy done with a proper technique along with medicines should bring improvement. If you don't show any response to medicines and physiotherapy even after six weeks, then you need to consult a spine surgeon for his opinion.

If you have any further question,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
