Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

If NSAIDS like ibuprofen alone don't work then muscle relaxants and gabapentin can be added with increasing the dose of the advil.

If the discomfort persists despite this then x rays of both the knee and hip joint would be required to look for any abnormality in consultation with an orthopedic surgeon.

let me know if you have any query

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
