Brief Answer:
need physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,thanks for the information.

From your description, a bone injury or soft tissue injury is unlikely. This seems like a minor nerve injury (sudden stretching of nerve during the event), and can be helped by careful physiotherapy after a detailed physical examination to confirm the diagnosis. Associated pain may be relieved by simple analgesics.
Though it may take a few weeks, complete recovery is likely.
You can seek the help of a physiotherapy doctor.

Hope this will answer your query.

Wishing for faster cure.
Thank you.

I explained the exact medication I was taking. I am still receiving much pain in my forearm. Please advise as to what pain medication I can take to alleviate this pain. Apparently, you suggest that this never problem will take several weeks to repair damage. I take ibuprofen as well as the topical medication. Please advise.

Brief Answer:
Need escalation of analgesia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Sorry for delay in response-got a bit busy in ICU.

The fact is that, pain of nerve origin respond poorly to analgesics like NSAIDs (ibuprofen) and topical ointments.
When simple analgesics fails,in such situations I usually prescribe drugs that are specifically helpful in neuropathic pain (like gabapentin, pregabalin, tramedol etc).
But, these drugs can not be prescribed online without a direct physical examination. Also, we have to look for any spot of nerve compression too.

So, in my opinion it is better to see your doctor without delay,so that specific treatment can be started.

Hope you can understand the situation.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Thank you.
