Brief Answer:
concerning for inflammatory bowel disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
If this has been going on for a while I would be concerned for a form of inflammatory bowel disease. The only way to make this diagnosis is with a colonoscopy. If your symptoms persist I would ask your doctor for a referral for this test.
The pain with urination and not having an infection could point toward interstitial cystitis. This is best diagnosed and treated by a urologist.
If this lasts more than a month or so then you will need referrals to see some of these specialists.
Make sure you are not pregnant if that is possible. Ectopic pregnancy can also cause these symptoms and can become an emergency.
For any severe abdominal pain do not delay, go to Emergency.

Brief Answer:
try to see doctor again

Detailed Answer:
Try to see your doctor again for further evaluation. It seems that something is going on in the bowel and possibly the bladder.
Further testing is needed to find the cause
