Brief Answer:
Consult a surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query. You are already diagnosed with gallstone (Cholelithiasis) and hydrocodone is not relieving you of pain. Symptomatic case of gallstone need a surgical removal of gall bladder.

You should see a surgeon for planned cholecystectomy. He will assess your vitals and do the removal. If you are having severe pain, then you can visit ER for immediate and temporary relief with medicines.

Hope i have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
