Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure In The Ears

default
Posted on Tue, 31 Jan 2017
Question: I tried to equalise my ears last night as my right ear was blocked and wont pop. I could feel the pressure on the right ear as usual, but as I felt the air running up the left Eustachian tube I quickly stopped the build up of pressure and now sounds going into the right ear are robotic, kind of like reverb. I haven't been sick in the last 72 hours or been swimming. Hopefully this is enough information to start with.

Brief Answer:
Eustachian tube dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
as per your complaints it seems to be that you are having eustachian tube blockage..the ringing sensation in the ears is also due to that..
If i had been your treating doctor, i would advise you to take an oral decongestant tablet and decongestant nasal drops..
Don't use any ear drops..
Take steam inhalation and chew a gum..this will help the tube open and pressure will be fine..
Ringing will subside once tube opens..
Any further queries are always welcome
wishing you a speedy recovery
thanks and regards
