Brief Answer:
Spinal fusion can be done, if not done yet

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I will like to know which surgery you have undergone. You can get your MRI to further investigate it. For pain relief you can get analgesic such as ibuprofen. If pain is not relieved by it you can take strong analgesic such as tramadol. If all methods has failed then spinal fusion may be solution to it. You can get your vitamin D and if found low you can take its supplements of vitamin D3. Diacerine and glucosamine are helpful too.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
