Posted on Thu, 4 Feb 2016
Question: I I have question about facial twitching. I have been not getting enough sleep last week or so and specially last night when I got almost none. This morning I woke up and after I had strong cup of coffee I started to experience one side facial twitching.. it is under the eye mostly, little in the cheek.. It is not twitching all the time but occasionally but the skin under my eye feels tight. It has been going on all day...I also noticed little twitch near my left temple. Yesterday as I stayed up late I had small twitches on my lip but only couple of times. Now I feel so anxious that I cant sleep even I am tired. My head feels tight and twitching continues. Occasionally I feel it in my legs too but much less than under eye. I am stressed, I have had lack of sleep .. is it just being or could I have something serious
