I had 2 treatments of Cisplatin, 4 treatments of carboplatin and paclitaxel. My feet are numb, like they are asleep. Also on the tops of my feet. Do you know anything about infrared light treatment for this? Thank you. So far I have no pain, just the numbness. I had my treatments in 2010

Brief Answer: Pregabalin+Methylcobalamin Detailed Answer: hi again chemotherapy drugs are known to affect the nerves. The nerves are damaged by the chemotherapy agents. I think what you should do is meet a doctor there and get a prescription of pregabalin and methylcobalamin. These two drugs may help you control the symptoms. Of course, if this is a long standing problem, the effect may not happen, or may not be long lasting. But its worth a try Best of luck Dr Mittal
