Brief Answer:
Causes of numbness in shoulder, leg and jaw explained below in details.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Some of the medical conditions that cause numbness are:
- Neurological disorders such as compression or damage of the nerves
- Vascular disorders such as vasculitis which is the inflammation of the vessels
- Diabetes
- Hereditary disorders that affect the nerves
- Vitamin B 12 deficiency
As you can see the specter of the causes of your symptoms is very wide.

So in my opinion, there are several examinations that should be done in order to confirm the diagnosis:
- Blood tests to rule out diabetes and vitamin deficiency
- An electromyogram which is a test of the electrical activity of muscle
- A nerve conduction velocity test

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have any other question Ill be glad to help.
