Brief Answer:
PLEASE DO NOT DELAY MEDICAL HELP

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern. MAY I STRONGLY ADVICE YOU TO MEET A DOCTOR OR PLEASE GO TO ER immiedietly to rule out a minor stroke or similar conditions. Please do not delay. It is possible to have such symptoms from neuropathy or any nerve involvement . But let us not take any chance. At your age and with the history of diabetes, the best advice i can give you is to meet a doctor/ER with out delay.
Regards
Binu
