Brief Answer:
Supportive care for migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Migraine has many variants. Blurry vision and numbness in hands is ophthalmoplegic and acephalgic migraine. Its not a side effect, its a variable presentation of migraine. Treatment options from abortive to prophylactic , home remedies, herbs , novel remedies, patches etc can be tried after discussing them with your doctor. More important is keep a migraine diary, know your triggers, get familiar with aura and prodrome symptoms and sense the upcoming migraine and get it treated as soon as possible, first 15 minutes of headache if got medicated properly, then migraine aborts very quickly. You need complete neurological assessment and scoring the severity of migraine along with work up to rule out other possible cause for this blurry vision and get managed accordingly then.

if you could spare yourself a few minutes read this migraine presentation i made, it will help you understand your options.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
