Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I understand you may have a pinched nerve in your neck region, which can cause some amount of reduction in sensation in the arm region, but I would also like you to understand that numbness in your left arm can indicate some serious conditions like a myocardial infarction or even a stroke and so I would like to take this opportunity to urge you to please visit a doctor, medical clinic or centre or an ER (emergency room), just to make sure all is well and that your numbness is only because of a pinched nerve and nothing more severe.

I say this only out of concern for your well being, and prefer ruling out the worst before assuming more simple causes. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
