Brief Answer:
orthopedic opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hi, it seems to be a neuroma which is being spoiled over time due to pressure changes during sitting or other day to day activities.
You need to visit an orthopedic surgeon to get it examined and then prescribe the needful.
Please don't take it lightly.
All the best.
