At first it seemed that it started right after showering and not every time, this spring. My mother had diabetes which she controlled through diet. She as a young girl developed scarlet fever and her doctor decided her diabetes came from that and child birth. There is no history of anything life threatening. That I can figure out, there isn't anything that I do (otherwise I'd stop!) that starts this. As I type, the triangles are running from elbow to finger tips and back.

Brief Answer:
Anxiety/Blood sugar/Vitamins supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

After going through your clinical history,I am of the opinion that most likely cause of your symptoms is Anxiety. So,Please start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga and I hope that it will improve your symptoms soon.

However, please get the following investigations done-
1)Blood sugar-fasting
2)Serum vitamin B12

Meanwhile, please start taking multivitamins supplementation including Vitamin B12.This will help improve the symptoms.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
