Question: I'm taking ciprofloxin for a bladder infection and having extreme nausea. I started on Sat. and the nausea keeps getting worse. I haven't passed urine since Sat morning.

If you have not passed urine since Saturday, 3 days ago, something is seriously wrong. You need to go to the hospital now and get an exam and treatment.
You may have some sort of obstruction and this is what is causing you to feel bad and have nausea.
