Question: yesterday I woke up with a low grade fever. had mild nausea and only vomited once. no fever today but noticed rash on chest.

two other people ate the same thing I had for supper last night and neither are sick

- As other people are not affected by the food you ate, it not seems to be food poisoning.
- You can take a paracetamol for fever, pantoprazole and domperidone for vomiting, cetrizine for itching, ORS for fluid replacement if you are having to much vomiting.
- Can you provide the photo for the rash on your chest to help you out further?
