Brief Answer:
Can be impending period or pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The feeling of nausea and dizziness can be a symptom of early pregnancy or it can happen before an impending period. This can be indicative of a hormonal imbalance or just overwork and anxiety.
It is best to wait for a few days and see if the period starts on its own. In case it doesn't then do get a blood test done to rule out pregnancy.
Have a healthy diet and plenty of fluids orally till then for relief.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
