Brief Answer:
May be begining of a problem that needs follow up. Symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thank you for using HCM!

From what you are describing it may be the begining of a viral gastrointestinal infection or something you have eaten recently might have caused stomach discomfort.
We will have to see if you will start with vomiting or diarrhea, or just get better after taking treatment once.
In both cases the treatment is symptomatic.

If I was your caring doctor I would give these advises:
...Take a proton pomp inhibitor like omeprazole 20mg, esomeprazole 40mg, or lansoprazole 28mg once/day, before food.
...Take something for the nausea like metoclopramide 10mg XXXXXXX 3times/day.
...if you start vomiting make sure to drink plenty of fluids in small amounts to not cause stomach distension which may provoke vomiting in itself. May last 1 day in general.
...if you start with diarrhea, take probiotics. May last up to 7 days.

If worse or not better after using the above advises, seek local medical advise, because a physical exam may be needed to evaluate the problem thoroughly.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you need further clarifications. Otherwise please don't forget to kindly close and rate the question.

Take care,
Dr. Papaqako
