Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Headaches
Possible heat exhaustion with electrolyte imbalance
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I am thinking this may be a form of heat exhaustion with an electrolyte (certain types of salts in the body) imbalance. Symptoms of this type of heat exhaustion include vomiting, muscle fatigue and cramps, dizziness and headache.
If you are still feeling poorly, please go in to an urgent care clinic or ER where they can do blood tests to check your electrolytes and assess you for dehydration.
If you feel like it's under control, rest is essential, and drinking lots of liquids, including water and oral rehydration fluids that you can get at a drug store.
The nausea should be resolving now, if not, it may be due to a "stomach flu" virus. But given that it happened after heavy exertion, I am thinking it is a form of exhaustion.
