Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Seems like you are having a gastritis, or something is irritating your stomach.
I see you take lots of medicines, and some of them affect the stomach.
I see also that you are taking antacids and some anti-nausea medication, which I agree with them and think that you should continue to take those.

Also, to protect your stomach in the future and to heal the problem you have now (because the drugs you are taking bring just symptomatic relief) I would recommend to use Omeparzole 20mg, or Lansoprazole 15 mg, or Esomeprazole 40mg..once/day in the morning before food. You need to take them for at least 12 weeks, of if you continue with all the other medications you are taking for pain you need to use this as long as you continue those.

One important thing to keep in mind is that the bowel/stomach it is very much affected by your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Eat lots of fruits of vegetables. See what foods cause you discomfort and avoid those.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
