Welcome at HCM
I am Dr Saad Sultan and I will be answering your query. I have read and understood your health concerns.
Do you have diabetes or hypertension ? Had you suffered from it before? Any associated problem like urinary incontinence or stool incontinence?
Weakness in legs need to be investigated. It occurs in variety of conditions. Sudden onset of weakness in legs .Should not be taken lightly. You should visit ER so that ascending Paralysis can be ruled out.
If I am your attending physician I will carry out your detailed neurological examination along with Full blood count and S. Electrolytes. Potassium levels are very important in this context. Lumber puncture, MRI lumber spine and MRI brain would be in my plan which I would decide in light of clinical examination.
Go and see your physician in ER.
Hope it helps
