Kindly tell about some details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.
Your query is short to give possibilities. Of course, I would like to know a few details of your symptoms in order to answer this query well.
1)Does the muscle twitch occur in any specific muscles or randomly at different places at different times?
2)Does these muscle twitches occur at rest or while limbs are in movement?
3)Does these increase with mental stress, lack of sleep, drinking tea or coffee?
4)Do you have complaints of weakness in extremities or thinning of limbs?

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with details.

Thank you for your reply. 1. the muscle twitches in almost all the muscle and in different times. 2. it usually happens when the muscle is at rest. 3. cannot confirm if it is happening due to any of the said reasons.

Brief Answer:
Beningn fasciculations

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

All the points which you have mentioned are against any specific organic disease. Some serious diseases like Motor Neuron disease can cause fasciculations but in your case,I am convinced that it is 'Bening fasciculation syndrome'.

These fasciculations will improve with adequate rest, sleep and reduced mental stress.Limiting on tea and coffee can also help.

Hope this helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
