Question: I have started going to gym from past 5 months. Post that i have frequently started getting body spasms which take quite some time to heal. What should i do ?

Hello.
It is good that you have started gym. Problem which your are facing is common and I see lot of such patients in my OPD. Two most common causes are one lack of salt in body and second is lack of warm up.
So I have following suggestions for the.
1. Take salt lemonade during workout.
2. Do proper warmup before doing exercise.
3. Tablet carnisure for one month after discussing with your doctor.
