Brief Answer:
Most probably they are lipoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sending the pictures.

It seems to be a lipoma from this pictures but the important thing is to examine it by surgeon's eye and hands to make correct the judgement of its size, shape and consistency, whether it arises from the skin or subcutaneous tissue or muscle or anywhere else.

A lipoma is nothing but the growth of fat cells or tissue in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin.

It can be found mostly on the torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but can occur almost anywhere in the body at any time without any apparent reason. One or more lipomas may be present at the same time.

They are the most common non-cancerous soft tissue growth. As they are non-cancerous and painless so need not to be removed.

However, they can be surgically removed by simple excision under local anesthesia if become painful or tender, infected or inflamed repeatedly.

Lipomas are very very rarely turned out to be a cancerous or malignant.
So,you must not bother about it.

Occasionally they become painful or tender, infected or inflamed or causing a bit discomfort or strange sensation then you can go for surgical excision.

It will hardly take 5 to 10 minutes to get it removed by surgeon under local anesthesia.

After surgery, your surgeon will send the removed tissue for histo-pathological examination as a part of routine procedure.(FNAC)

So,again no need to worry as lipomas are not a big issue.

Hope this detailed answer will be helpful and easier to understand.

Thanks Regards,

Dr.Sandip
