Lipoma in itself do not transform into cancer hence when small they are not at all harmful
When they enlarge, there are some factors that decide whether they can be harmful locally only.

They are enlarging
Causing any pain
Are on joints
Are on pressure points
Invading the underlying muscles
For cosmetic reasons (not looking good).

Sir,
These are enlarging but at a slow rate, pains only when pressed or slide against a surface. They are not anywhere on joints or pressure points, most of it are on my hand between palm and elbow.
And should I get it tested to make sure its not harmful.
