Suggest Treatment For Multiple Colon Polyps

Question: 3 colonoscopies done. 4 months ago two polyps were removed. On 20/11/2014m during the third, another pedunculated polyp was removed and the report said there are several tiny polyps in right colon and suggested to remove the entire colon. Is there any other alternative ?

If the entire colon is removed how can I proceeed to a normal life? Is it colostomy? Is there any artificial organ to be placed inside my digestive tract? Can the meidicines may help to protect the organ and avoiding the lead towards colon cancer? I wish to hear a detailed answer from your side.

The affected colon is removed with normal margins

You can have a normal life

The colostomy may be needed and usually it is temporary

An ileal pouch is created as an reservoir, no artificial organ is needed

The surgery followed by medicines can help
