Suggest Treatment For Mouth Ulcers

2 days ago I had seen a canker sore on my tongue ( at least I thought it was a canker sore ) because I was very low on B12 , D vitamins and had gone through some stress, I was taking B12 tablets and saw it go low in 2 days , but I also had a small bump on the inner cheeks with white head which I thought is another canker sore, I am assuming its not oral herpes because I couldnt pop it, its just a hard bump with little white head, its pains when I run my tongue over it . I also have small red colored bump in my inner throat which scared me off but I am not having any pain or discomfort due to it but I am still worried what it could be , I am attaching the pics, kindly let me know what you think.
I gotto assert that the cankers sore responded well to my gel and B vitamin tablets and also I have had them in the past too.

As per your details there is nothing to worry, as you have given history of stress and low vitamin B it is Recurrent Apthous Ulcer .

Sometimes Recurrent Apthous Ulcer involves throat also and appears as reddish and white in middle in its healing phase and it takes time for one to two week in healing .

So what I will suggest you that you can Apply ointment Mucopain or Dologel on ulcer two - three times a day for one week .

Take One Capsule vitamin B 12 supplements once a day for one week .

Can you please let me know what is red bubble in the inner throat?
Is it related to the ulcer ?

I have started taking B12 tabs since 3 days and I have already seen one on the tongue go completely and one on the cheek is subsiding, I am more concerned about the reddish bubble on the inner throat.

Yes , in throat it can be ulcer as I want to tell you throat ulcer takes time to heal as there is continues swallowing of saliva , intake of food , water, causes some irritation in throat so there is nothing to worry ulcer involves sometime throat also.

Take medication for 15 days if wont get relief then consult ENT Surgeon for clinical examination of throat .

Could ulcer be red in color as this one looks like a bubble?

Let me tell you this one came up along with other sores.Sorry about the recurrent questions, Its just that I am worried about this. I have one of my colleague showing oral herpes on her lips and face, I am just scared of contracting something from her.

I understand your concern about herpes as your friend is having herpes infection, but you dont have to worry .

The pictures doesn't look like herpes ulcer. Herpes ulcers are multiple ulcer involving gums , tongue , buccal mucosa. Further herpes infection is viral infection usually have history of fever and multiple painful ulcers. So you don't worry take vitamin supplements and apply ointment; if your ulcer doesn't heals in 15 days then consult dentist for clinical examination.

Hello Doc,

I had been to a dentist and they couldnt really tell what exactly it is, they suggested that it might be a salivary cyst and recommended I got to a ENT specialist for which i couldnt get an appointment until May 19th and I am getting restless about it :(. I wish I could get an ENT doctor here.
