Brief Answer:
Antibiotic therapy for mouth infection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your medical concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have an oral infection and that you may need an antibiotic. You are also concerned that being on Cymbalta may interact with antibiotics. There are no drug to drug interactions with most common antibiotics. Since you have so many antibiotic allergies you are limited in what we can prescribe. My first choice would be an erythromycin medication called zithromax followed by quinalones or levaquin. These tow antibiotics are good broad spectrum medications and should help with your infection.

In summary
1. No drug to drug interactions with cymbalta and antibiotics
2. Zithromax or Levaquin for your infection

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
