Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The most common cause of Prominent Pelvicalyceal symptom is stone in the renal tract. If the stone is visible on Ultrasound then it's the cause and if not visible it might have passed away or might not be visible on Ultrasound.
So the treatment depends on the cause.
The next line of management includes a CT scan of Kidney and bladder followed by Intravenous Pyelography which tells you about the Kidney functions.
So you need to get the investigations done and the management we would discuss according to the cause.
