Suggest Treatment For Mild Cough And Phlegm On Throat

Question: Sir
I have mild caugh for more than 20 days took many medicines and no effect. My Drs say my lung is clear. I took by my self cbc and in that my wbs was 12800. Is it related bcs of caugh caugh is not too high when i sleep i dont feel caugh completely. I feel flem in my throat always.they checked my lungs by Steath. Fear more to cancer caugh is not too bad but slight. It disturbs my mind too much.

Now i have attached the snap taken yesturdy. My ent gave on 30th monkezin ,kino200,steride 6. I dont caugh very often now but little caugh. Blood report was taken on 4 th aug. I have slight discomfort in breathing from today morning. I am more stressfull .

Kino contan oflaxacin. My worries are all abou will it b a cancer .

No. I am a non smoker and drink some time. Mostly monthly once. Not very often. Musinex 600 can it b taken. My main prob i have late lunch and after my meal i go to bed immidietly. Now i have slight breathing discomfort and its like my abdomen on upper part discomfort and breathing discomfort comes fron there .

I can understand your concern.
No need to take mucinex. Mucinex is having N acetyl cysteine (NAC). It is mucolytic, expectorant and antioxidant in nature.
It has role in bronchitis and pneumonia where it helps in expectoration of thick, viscous secretions.
It has no role in pharyngitis.
So better not to take it, it may worsened your coughing.
Better to take proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs for your abdominal discomfort.
Please let me know if you have chest congestion and sputum production. Are you improving with these drugs which you are taking since 7 days?
