Brief Answer:
Take Naproxen or Aceclofenac

Detailed Answer:
Hello there and Welcome to HCM ,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Migraine headache respond well to pain killers like Naproxen, Aceclofenac. You can try these if celecoxib not working properly.

At this age other causes of headache should also be considered.

Is the headache very severe with neck pain like thunder clap ( subarachnoid hemorrhage ).

Any loss of consciousness, seizures, vomiting, fever, visual loss?
Previous history of migraine?

In some cases of migraine, non responsive headache of more than 72 hours status migrainosus should be considered.

You can also use Tab AMITRYPTILLINE 25mg once daily at bedtime if no urinary complains(after discussing with your local physician since its a prescription based medicine)

You can visit a neurologist for detailed examination if symptoms do not improve.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
