Brief Answer:
You can use Acetominophen ,Myprodol.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
I understand that it is difficult to manage migraine during pregnancy because there are only few medications allowed to take in pregnancy that can treat migraine.
The best thing is to avoid drugs until the baby is born. You can try to manage migraine without medication including:
- A warm compress (such as a hot towel) to your face, eyes and temples — or try a cold compress on the back of your neck.
-Try to massage your temples and shoulders.
--Eat healthy (smaller ,frequent meals)
-Drink plenty of fluids
-Sleep enough
-Include physical activity in your daily routine. Try a daily walk or other moderate aerobic exercise.
-Practice relaxation techniques. Try calming activities such as deep breathing, yoga and visualization.

If all these doesn't help with your pain ,then you can use Acetominophen (Paracetamol ).You also can take caffeine with paracetamol (drink a coffee ) but don't take more than 200 mg of caffeine.
Acetaminophen is considered to be the pain relief medication of choice during pregnancy .
Other options are :
-NSAIDs are effective and generally considered safe until the third trimester (Ibuprofen).
-Codeine (only when acetominophen only can't control the pain).

Right now you can use Acetominophen and if the pain doesn't seem to improve you can use Myprodol. It won't cause any problem.
It is a combination of drugs that include : Codeine ,Acetominophen and Ibuprofen.

You can continue with Codeine as soon as you have access to it.
The best thing is to avoid taking drugs while pregnant but if you can't cop with the pain you can use the above drugs (Acetominophen ,Codeine,Myprodol ).

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!
