Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.

Meth sores on tongue are made due to different reasons dehydration, rubbing to tongue and teeth etc all these processes lead to destruction or degeneration of tongue tissue.
Degeneration needs regeneration to heal and regeneration needs time so yes time will be needed for it to get treated.

Treatment options:

1-Symptomatic:
With lidocain or somogel applied on sores it numbs them and pain get relieved.

2-Protection from infection:
1-Peroxide
2-Salt water
3- Oral antibiotics.

4-Anti histamine.

5-Avoid meth atleast till your sores heal

6- Time is required for healing, there is no medicine which can make it heal fast we just give antibiotics or antiseptics like peroxide to protect sores from infection so that they keep healing but one has to wait for natural healing process to run it course.

Conclusion:

1-Don't use meth.
2-Use lidocain or somogel(better) after every 5-6 hours.
3- You can take brufen 400 mg if pain is hard to bear.
4- Drink much of water.
5- Use Augmentine 625 or amoxicillin 500 mg twice a day oral instead of peroxide and salt water.
6- Keep good oral hygiene.
7- Give it time to heal.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
