My mother has these kind of marks in elbow. Please see and let me know if any issues?

Does she has any symptoms like itching? Pain? Or are they asymptomatic?
Are they firm or soft lesions?
Are they on both elbows?and for how long does she have them?
Has she already tried any medication for these?
