Brief Answer:
More details needed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and have checked the attached images. I need to ask a few more questions.
* How long have the spots been present? Have the spots been present since birth? Have there been any change in size (increase or decrease) or fading?
* Any itchiness or altered sensation over the area?
* Any other ailments or complaints?

The hyperpigmentations (darkenings) are present since birth they could be simple nevi (plural of nevus). If that is the case, they are no cause of concern. They could also be cafe au lait spots. In such case other neurological symptoms are usually present. Itchiness is usually present in fungal infections. It could be best to get them evaluated by a dermatologist who could clinically examine and correlate.

No its not there from birth and have been observed for last 24hours. There is little bit itchiness, please provide the details along with correct line of treatment with duration/pre-cautions. Please reply urgently.

Even one of the red spot is there on the cheek from the last 15days. The ones which are there on chest/back side are observed for last 24 hours only.

Brief Answer:
Give cetirizine.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. Try giving cetirizine tablet or syrup once daily for the next few days. Also apply calamine lotion. Hopefully that should help. If the problem persists, the next step would be to apply candid (clotrimazole) lotion once daily for next few days. Hopefully that should take care of the problem.

Let me know if I could help further.

May i know the exact reason for the red spots?

Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to an allergic cause. Can have a fungal component.

Detailed Answer:
I am suspecting an allergic cause behind the red spots. However a fungal infection can also be simultaneously present. The medicines that I have suggested would take care of the situation. A closer and more detailed evaluation would be needed to be able to comment further.
