Question: My father age about 81 diagnose Sclc
Presence tumor in right lungs and affected lymph node

Thanks for your query.

If it is only in lung and regional lymph glands then it is limited stage. If he is fit enough we have to consider Chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Maybe we can start with chemo in reduced dosages and add radiation later if tolerates well.

These are not curative, but may be controlled for 1-3 years.

Had you gone through the attached reports
He is asthmatic and cannot breath without oxygen cylinder
Feeling very week cant walk except daily routine
He is also suffering with BP sugar
Keeping in view above facts Pl advice
If we go for chemotherapy what will be quality of life and how much life span will expected to increase
If we don't take any treatment than life span with him and expected quality of life

I can't see any attached reports.

As I have said, if he's fit then only all these treatment. But going by your description I feel that we can only offer palliative care, ie medicines to relieve pain, discomfort, breathing difficulty, etc.

Life span with palliative care average about 3 months. If he is unfit then chemo will not improve survival at all.
