Brief Answer:
Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Food poisoning is unlikely to cause such a pain unless you had repeated episodes of vomiting.

Anyhow,if the pain is not associated with fever/cough/yellow sputum/difficulty in breathing, you can take either acetaminophen 500mg or ibuprofen 400mg thrice daily after food, along with ranitidine 150mg twice daily before food for 3-5 days(if not allergic).
If the pain fails to resolve after 2 days or the said symptoms appear, kindly avoid delay in seeking medical help.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Thank you.

Why do you think I have pain when sneezing and caughing and even laughing? I only vomited once and had diarrhea for 2 days.

Brief Answer:
May need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Pain on sneezing/coughing/laughing may either indicate pleuarl irritation or muscular pain.
If the cough or sneeze is not severe, and no associated fever or sputum, you can try the drugs I mentioned earlier.Otherwise, this may also need anti histamines also.

Hope you got cleared now.
Thank you.
