This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and understand your concern . As far as two lumps in throat region is concerned it may be lymph node or swelling due infected tooth . I want to ask a question that since how many days how have this two lumps ? . Can you attach image of swelling and molar tooth that will be more helpful for me to arrive at conclusion and give you proper diagnosis . You can mail image to YYYY@YYYY with subject line 'Attention to Dr. Priyanka Tiwari' .
Based on details provided if this swelling is there from 2 to 3 days it might resolve in few days . However if you develop additional symptoms like tooth pain , increase in size of swelling , fever , thraot pain then you should consider visiting oral surgeon or Ent surgeon for clincal examinatiin and evaluation . Doctor can perform investigation like Intraoral periapical radiograph or biopsy if needed . So dont be worried so much . Keep watch on the lump .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy ro help .

Thank you doctor for getting back to me so quickly. I have had two root canals perfomed on my bottom left molar. And about 6 months ago it became reinfected so I went to the dentist and was given antibiotics for an abscess. A few weeks later I noticed a semi soft oval shaped lump on the lower left interior of my jaw bone. a couple weeks after that I noticed a smaller lump attached to the base of my throat. I dont have any noticable swelling from the exterior.
