Brief Answer:
Lump seems to be due to infection only..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complainT if you still feel a little lump even after taking antibiotics you need not to worry as it will gradually regress in size and will resolve completely..

It seems to be due to infection only and can take a longer time to resolve..

Complete the course of antibiotics and do cool compresses over the lump..
Do warm saline gargles..

Wait and watch for a week and then revert back to me with the progress..

If the lump increase in size ( although very less possibility), becomes painful you need to get an x ray done.
Another course of antibiotics can be prescribed if infection is still present..

Any further queries are welcome..

Regards.
