Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed. Could be a vascular cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of vascular causes for leg pain such as POVD(peripheral occlusive vascular disease) or varicose vein. Other possible cause is vasculitis. Detailed evaluation is needed to make a correct diagnosis and tailor the effective treatment.
I suggest you to consult a physician and get the following things done:-
Do arterial and venous Doppler studiesof your lower limb to rule out POVD or varicose vein.
Do markers like ANA and RF to rule out vasculitis.
If diagnosis of varicose vein or POVD is made, surgical correction may be needed by a vascular surgeon.
As of now do routine exercises. Quit smoking and have healthy food.
Wishing you good health
thanks
