Brief Answer:
May need to be assessed

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The brown discharge may or may not be linked to your other symptoms. Brown discharge is usually dried or old blood.
This may be due to irregular or delayed vaginal bleeding which can occur due to- side effect of medication, thyroid disease, abnormal levels of reproductive hormones fsh and lh, fibroids,
Blood tests and imaging maybe needed if it continues and there is no obvious cause

Lower back pain with numbness may sometimes indicate that the nerves in the lower back are being compressed. The cause can vary and treatment would depend on the cause, in some cases, it is not serious eg mild arthritis of the spine
Other causes would be eg prolapsed disc

It would be best to have imaging of the spine eg an xray though MRI is better because this would show the nerves as well as bone

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
