Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal And Vaginal Pain After Sex

Question: Doc i would like to ask. After rough sex by a doggy style. I feel so much pain in my lower abdomen and inside my vagina is going on. I cant barely walk. Whats going on with me. I take advil for pain bcz its so painful stabbing inside my vagina pls help

I appreciate your concern

Too rough insertion during intercourse can injure the vagina. Insertion should be done only when the vagina is wet. Water-based lubricants or vaginal jellies can be used if there is inadequate lubrication. For the time being you can use buscopan plus tablets containing paracetamol and hyosine butylbromide for the pain. If the pain persists or worsens and if there is bleeding accompanying the pain then you should consult a Gynecologist to do a vaginal and speculum exam to look for other possibilities.
