Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted it looks that your sperm count is less than WHO range .

I shall be happy if you can post me report of your semen analysis to make precise comments and suggestions on your problem as it is not the only sperm count but other parameters like motility ,morphology of the sperms are equally important for fertilization of female egg to result into pregnancy .

Ideally speaking there are no medication that can increase the sperm count but following general measure do help to increase sperm count and sperm motility to some extent .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
5) You can take Fertomid once daily for five days in a week ,
