Posted on Fri, 27 Feb 2015
Question: I am 34. Married since 2 years. No issues yet. I think I have low sperm count. I have not tested yet. But my desire of sex is very poor. My wife tells to undergo semen test. But here there is no good doctor where i live now. Hence I want to take pills to increase my sperm count as well as motility. Please suggest me some pills / drugs to take along with dosage and time duration to take the drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

3) Let me know where you live so that I can suggest you nearby good laboratory to get seen analysis done.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your valuable suggestions. Please suggest me some useful drugs / tablets so that I can take those to increase my sperm count. I want to start taking the pills as early as possible along with testing in a good laboratory. Whether it will be helpful to take Zinc + Folic Acid Tablet? Please suggest some good medicines. I live in Damanjodi, Koraput, Odisha. Again please suggest me good laboratory for semen analysis. With regards,XXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Get Semen Analysis done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Drugs cannot be given without a disease. Hence no drugs are given unless low sperm count is confirmed.

There are few good laboratories in Bhubaneshwar and also in vishakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.. You can visit once and get semen analysis done bofroe presuming it is low count.

Semen analysis is a simple procedure and dont worry it. Please get semen analysis done.

Brief Answer:
3 to 8 days gap

Detailed Answer:
hello

You need 3 days abstinence beofre giving semen sample. Means you should have 3 days of no sexual activity. This gap should be maximum 8 days. Not more that 8 days gap.

Get semen analysis done between 3 to 8 days of this gap.

You will get report in 2 hours.

There are no food restrictions.
