Question: my spouse has low pluse rate of 23-29 with in past few months. Is it normal, she has gottrn light head and today she past out...for no reason..she feel flush when standing?

This is definitely not normal and this is very low pulse rate which is very probably indicating heart disease,obviously heart rythm abnormality so she needs to see cardiologist for further evaluation and pacemaker is one of the options.
